We are a Father & Son team with in excess of 30 years combined experience in the recruitment sector and have a shared obsession with doing things properly - and occasionally arguing about golf handicaps.
Specialising in roles across the Food, Beverage & FMCG sectors, we help both major brands and SME’s find the kind of people who don’t just tick boxes — they drive businesses forward. From boardroom appointments to key strategic hires, we bring a mix of old-school industry know-how along with modern recruitment firepower.
We’ve worked with challenger brands and global giants alike, building leadership teams that stick, scale, and succeed. We don’t do spray-and-pray CVs or fill jobs just to hit numbers. Every search is tailored, every placement intentional — and we are constantly pushing ourselves (and each other) to exceed expectations.
Outside of recruitment, you’ll usually find us watching or playing sport — Golf, Cricket, Padel, Rugby, you name it, we love it. That competitive streak definitely spills over into our work, along with a healthy dose of teamwork, stubbornness and going the extra mile.
We’re straight-talking Yorkshiremen, relationship-focused, and genuinely passionate about what we do. And whilst we don’t always agree on who’s the better golfer, we do agree on this: great people build great businesses — and finding them is what we do best.

When I’m not connecting people with careers they’ll thrive in, you’ll probably find me being a golf bandit, charging around a padel court, or soaking up Spanish culture and enjoying all things Spain — food, culture, sunshine (and occasionally butchering the language).

Fiercely competitive and happiest with a golf club, padel racket, cricket or rugby ball in hand — basically, if there’s a scoreboard, I’m all in! For the past 3 years, I’ve brought that same drive into recruitment: people-first, detail-focused, and committed to really understanding how to exceed client expectations.
Now building the “go-to” brand with my dad James — with a clear mission to become the most trusted, meticulous recruitment partner in the UK’s food, drink, and FMCG industries. Big vision, full commitment, and just the occasional debate over who’s calling the shots.
